How much is the shipping?

Delivery in mainland Spain is free from a purchase of €60 or for subscriptions. Below this amount the cost of your shipment will have a minimum cost of €6 and the rest will be calculated according to the weight and collection point or home delivery. We do not ship to the Canary Islands

When will I recive my order?

We prepare and ship your orders within 48 hours of receiving your order (except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number. Then it will be necessary to count 2 to 3 business days for delivery in Madrid capital and 3 to 5 days for the rest of Spain. However, these deadlines are indicative and may be affected by circumstances beyond the transport service.

How do I know what status my order is in?

How can I track my order?

In what periods can there be delays?

In general, delays occur during times such as Christmas, Black Friday or possible transport strikes, but they can also be due to adverse weather conditions, such as snowfall, floods... but don't worry, we will always be attentive and will try to ensure that your package arrives on time. shortest possible time.

How do deliveries work?

Once the order is placed you can choose the place of your delivery. We offer you two options:

What happens if my delivery address is incorrect?

RETURNS

We work to ensure that our products live up to your expectations, however if for any reason you want to return the products, you can do so without any problem. Below we explain how to do it depending on the situation:

Your order has arrived in poor condition.

Don't worry, contact us at hello@home-healthy-home.com , we will ask you for the order information and some photos. We may need some additional data to resolve the issue. Once this data is collected, we will manage the reshipment of the products and the collection of the product in poor condition at your home or point of your choice. Don't worry, we will accompany you throughout the entire process.

 

You have changed your mind, you do not want one or more of the products.


No problem, the return is very easy. Contact us at hello@home-healthy-home.com to manage the return, we will inform you of all the steps and the address where you must send us the products with their original box (you can send them by courier or by certified mail)

Once we receive the products, we will check that everything is correct and we will contact you to confirm that the refund will be processed. In these cases Home Healthy Home will refund the amount of the products received, except for shipping costs.
