ORIGIN AND PROPERTIES OF OUR INGREDIENTS

What we put inside matters

We don't believe that a good formula needs an endless list of ingredients. We select each raw material looking for it to have a specific function within the product and that it fits our way of understanding home care. We work mainly with ingredients of plant and mineral origin, selected for their function, their origin, and their behavior within each formula.

Fewer ingredients. Better chosen.

ORGANIC OLIVE OIL

The origin of our soaps

Organic olive oil is one of the fundamental ingredients of our soaps.

Through the process of cold saponification, the oil is transformed into soap and becomes the base of many of our formulas.

It is a slow and artisanal process that allows us to work at low temperatures and preserve the characteristics of the oils used.

A simple ingredient. A tradition that continues to work.

INGREDIENTS THAT SERVE A PURPOSE

We don't incorporate an ingredient simply because it sounds good. Each raw material has a purpose within the formula.

ORGANIC OLIVE OIL

Base of our saponified soaps. Contributes to the cleaning capacity of the formula.

SUGAR SURFACTANT

Helps reinforce cleaning and promotes foam formation.

COCO ALCOHOL SULFATE

Plant-derived surfactant that contributes to degreasing action and foam formation.

VEGETABLE ALCOHOL

Helps keep the formula homogeneous and acts as a solvent.

CASTOR OIL

Contributes to the dissolution of fats.

SODIUM CITRATE

Helps regulate pH and control the effects of limescale.

These are some of the ingredients currently explained on your page, but I would maintain a strictly technical and functional description, without attributing properties that we don't need to demonstrate.

What are the properties and uses of our ingredients?

AND WHEN WE WANT FRAGRANCE...

Essences selected for their character

In some of our formulas, we use essential oils and organic essences selected for their olfactory characteristics. Lavender, lemongrass, and other notes are part of our olfactory universe. For formulas intended for people who prefer to avoid fragrances, we also have products without perfume or without essential oils, when the specific formula allows it.

Scenting can also be simple.

INGREDIENTS WE DON'T NEED

Our way of formulating also involves deciding what we don't want to add. That's why we work with formulas that do without certain ingredients that are not necessary for our product concept, such as:

Petroleum derivatives · Enzymes · Artificial colorants

And in the corresponding formulas:

Fragrance-free · Essential oil-free:

(*)The composition and ingredients may vary depending on the product. Always consult the data sheet for each formula.

TRANSPARENCY BEFORE PROMISES

We don't want you to have to simply trust what we say. That's why we believe that knowing the ingredients is part of buying better. We want you to be able to know what each product contains, what each ingredient is for, and why it is part of the formula. Because for us, transparency is also a way of caring.

KNOWING TO CHOOSE BETTER

Ingredients should not be an incomprehensible list at the end of a label. They should help you understand what you are buying. That's why we will continue to explain them simply, clearly, and honestly.

Without rushing.
